Women Entrepreneurs

“They Said ‘Stay in Your Limits’—I Set My Own!” Heta Dave

While in conversation with the Tycoon of Tomorrow

“I’m not here to talk about ‘women empowerment.’ I’m here to state that there is no place for gender in entrepreneurship,” declares Heta Dave, the Founder & CEO of Eta Solution & InfluenZ.

Heta’s words set a statement of fact – A wake-up call for women with dreams worldwide to break free from the chains of societal expectations.

In her view, the moment we allow gender to control our abilities is the moment we surrender to limitation. ‘Women are not the weaker gender;’ they naturally have the power, resilience & authenticity to succeed in any field.

“We must first erase the misconception that women need to fight for a place at the table. Because every entrepreneur deserves a seat, regardless of race, age, or gender.” – mentions the marketing genius.

Today, Heta is not just a businesswoman; she stands as a master strategist, a visionary & an unstoppable force in a world that once pin-pointed the boundaries of limits.

From the Corporate Ladder to Her Own Empire

The story of Heta Dave’s rise to early success is anything but typical!

Starting her journey like any other as an HR intern, she began to quickly climb the corporate ladder, with her solid industry knowledge & people skills.

But, the flat corporate life, with its predictability & security, wasn’t her final plan.

“I didn’t want to just sit on the chair. I wanted to lead while sitting on the chair,” she explains, recollecting the bold decision of leaving behind the stable, high-paying, corporate job that others die for, to start her own venture.

Heta founded ‘Eta Solution,’ an agency that has rapidly grown as a leader in brand strategy & marketing. But that was not the end. True to her nature, she doesn’t like to do things halfway.

With no looking back, she drove straight into entrepreneurship, deeply learning the ins & outs of the complex business world.

“You either go ahead, or you fall behind. There’s no in-between. An entrepreneur has no Plan – B.” she says with the confidence of a figure who truly knows what it takes to succeed.

‘The Factory’: Her Next Masterstroke

Heta’s recent plan of expansion into the massive U.S. market is nothing short of a living revolution.

‘The Factory,’ her new venture, is a suite of Productized Services – with specialized branches like The Designer’s Factory, The Writer’s Factory, The Media Factory & more. Her upcoming business will offer tailored, high-impact solutions that directly serve individual businesses’ needs.

What makes TF, ‘The Factory’ different is its focus on speed & agility. “Creativity must not come at the cost of efficiency. I think, in today’s world, you need both,” Heta explains further.

Her approach is highly systematic yet creative. This has earned her a powerful reputation in the marketing world today. But now, she’s up to driving that expertise all the way to New York, aiming the bow towards the competitive American market.

Into an Unknown Path: Challenging the Odds

“Dealing with employees, clients, conflicts, even betrayals needed me to set aside my personal feelings to run my business smoothly.”

What makes Heta’s journey all the more interesting is that it was not easy & smooth! Born & brought up in India, with highly protective parents she hadn’t traveled outside her country before launching her business in the United States.

This big move, from local to global, is definitely not task of a small feat. For many women, the dive from security to uncertainty can be quite haunting, especially in industries already taken over by men. But for Heta, gender was never a factor in the first place!

“We are often taught as women to live & breathe within boundaries, to be blindly polite, & never upset the status quo. But I never paid much mind to any of that. I was not tamed. I just knew I am here to build, lead & if necessary, disrupt the directions that feel wrong!” she states.

Inspiring a New Generation of Women Entrepreneurs

So what does she have to say to the women on the couch, contemplating every day whether to take the leap into entrepreneurship or maybe just a liberal life?

“Don’t wait for permission,” Heta says bluntly. “No one is going to come & give you the green light. If you trust in your visions, just act on them. Take the risk.”

Her advice itself is grounded in her own experience. She didn’t wait for anyone to give her the confidence to start her business. Brick by brick, she built it herself. Today, she is expanding into the waters of new markets, launching advanced service models & resetting what it means to be a woman in business!

“It must not be about proving yourself as a woman here. It should be proving yourself as an entrepreneur. Because success doesn’t come from judging one’s gender.” – she states. Her words rang loud with a stand that would relate to women with a vision everywhere.

Leading with an ‘Intention’ that Turns the Direction

Heta Dave’s journey from an intern to the CEO of a fast-growing global business is proof of her constant quest for excellence, her straight-up nature, and most importantly, her refusal to let societal norms control her future.

Her journey is an inspiration not just for ambitious females stuck in spirals but for anyone who has ever stood up for themselves.

As her business continues to expand in NY, Heta Dave’s story reminds us that the only boundaries that exist are the ones we have in our minds—especially as she gears up for the Final launch of ‘The Factory’ on October 1st!
