Constitutional Morality would mean effective coordination between the conflicting interests of different people and administrative cooperation to resolve them amicably without any conflict between different groups working for the achievement of their goals at any cost. Constitution would mean unity of different people, effective coordination between opposing interests and constitutional co-operation to resolve them unitedly without any ideology between different people working towards achieving their goals at any cost. In the Indian context, the term was first used by Dr. Bhim Rao Ambedkar during the debate in the Constituent Assembly when he presented the correct principles for including document documents in the Constitution. According, to him, constitutional constitution is the solution to impurity in the society. Morality is a set of standards or a code or value system by which human actions are determined as right or wrong, good or bad. Behaving ethically means behaving in a way that is consistent with behavior that is generally considered right or moral.
Constitutional morality is a way of ensuring that the particular viewpoint of the majority of people in the society, i.e. social morality, does not prevail in such a way that it violates the rights of other individuals in the community. Morality plays an important role in our life. It gives us the ability to understand the difference between right and wrong and take right action. Morality helps in establishing the rules of human relations, society and society and provides us guidance to make our life rich, balanced and joyful.Increased objectivity: By establishing some objective standards, a theory of Constitutional Morality can develop into a more holistic theory, such as ‘Basic Structure Theory’.
